“Best price in Portland and Salem for a home inspection number one. Number two, Phil stayed late with us since my husband and I both work till 5 and couldn’t get to the home until around 5:30. Number three: Phil had great knowledge of homes and was amazing at what he could find. Number four: He focused on what mattered. We didn’t care about the dings and scratches but he suited up to go into the crawlspace and the attic. Very thorough inspection and we invited him to our house warming party.”
