Phil McGuinness began Evergreen Home Inspections after 25 years in the construction industry. While living in Florida he was a Leadman for the Royal Roofing Company working several years in Homestead, Florida after Hurricane Andrew helping to rebuild the city. He and his wife moved to the Salem, Oregon area 20 years ago where he took a position as supervisor at a large construction company. Phil’s experience gives him and his team a unique and informed approach as home inspectors.
